I have been a yo-yo dieter all my life..........losing 50 pounds and then gaining it all back in a couple of years. Step 2. Flush out toxins.
A weight-loss diet that does not help the body purge stored toxins will only succeed temporarily. Weight loss can' t last without some form of cleanse, because the toxins that were stored in fat tissue circulate in the bloodstream and other systems of the body - causing headaches, fatigue, achiness, pain, dizziness, moodiness, and other withdrawal-type symptoms - until the body stores them in new fat tissue. If you want to clear out the toxins polluting your body and achieve permanent weight loss, here are some tips:
Stop eating or drinking diet products! “Diet” sodas, "sugar-free" snacks and most energy bars are loaded with artificial sweeteners and flavorings. They will sabotage your health and interfere with your weight loss efforts.
Don' t eat white bread, white flour, white pasta, or white sugar. They are bleached, heavily processed, and contain little nutrients.
Stop eating artificial sweeteners. They may say "lo-cal," but they' re even worse for your health and weight than white sugar. There are many natural raw sweeteners that you can enjoy.
Go organic. Non-organic fruits and vegetables only put more pesticides into your body.

Step 3. Control blood sugar
Keeping your blood sugar levels under control is probably the most important factor in maintaining energy levels, controlling and preventing diabetes, controlling your appetite, and losing weight.
In addition to avoiding processed white sugar there are several things that I suggest you include in your diet along with soluble fiber. (Controlling blood sugar is another benefit of fiber). Cinnamon can increase insulin sensitivity which means that it is helping your body control blood sugar while simultaneously allowing your body to produce less insulin. Use as much cinnamon as you can tolerate in your daily meals Add to smoothies, chia puddings, raw cookies or anywhere you would enjoy. Chronically high insulin levels can cause you to gain weight. Studies suggest that cinnamon reduced fasting blood glucose levels by 18-29% after about a month.

Step 5.Develop a fun exercise/fitness routine with a hoop or exercise ball.
It has to be something you enjoy or you won' t do it for long. I enjoy hooping and do a hooping workout for at least a half hour every morning before I go to my office. Put on your favorite music with a beat and rock. Many people also use it for meditation. A good hoop is bigger and heavier than the old fashioned hula hoop. Get a weighted hoop and measure from the floor to several inches above your waist to determine your size.
Step 6. Boost metabolism.

1/2 avocado
6 frozen strawberries
1 scoop AIM fit 'n fiber
