When you
eat only live whole foods that are in a condition of high vibration your
mind and body function in tune with nature and according to the laws of the
Universe (including the Law of Attraction).
For the past
several years there has been an emphasis on making people aware that there
are ways to maximize results of universal laws by using the power of intention
and our thoughts to create abundance and the life of our dreams. They left
out one of the most important secrets to setting this principle into action
and that is to practice the right dietary habits and consume food that will
clear the nervous system and allow intention to project. Give your brain
the right nutrients and you will be able to have a better memory, improved
concentration and be more focused on your intentions.
Let's identify those foods and substances that interfere with or block the
power of intention and the Law of Attraction as well as play havoc with
your body and ruin your health.
The power
of intention only works when you have a clear, healthy nervous system that's
free from distortion and operating at a high vibration. Utilizing your power
of intention is similar to broadcasting
a message from a radio tower, and your nervous system (brain, spinal cord,
nerves, etc.) are the transmission tools.
A radio tower only works well when it has sufficient power and instruments
that are in good condition. It also should not be clogged up with interfering
signals or overriding disturbances. Your own nervous system has similar requirements.
To function well, it must be free of distortion and operating at peak performance.
The following items greatly interfere with healthy nervous system function
and therefore reduce your power of intention:
Alcohol and drugs: All recreational drugs (including alcohol) impair
healthy nervous system function. Clarity cannot be achieved while under the
influence of nicotine, alcohol, meth or street drugs as well as many prescription
drugs.
Caffeine: Even caffeine interferes with healthy nervous system function.
The onslaught of daily stimulants leaves the body depleted of energy, unable
to reach the level of vibration necessary to effectively broadcast intention
to the Universe.
Processed foods: Processed foods not only lack the nutrition necessary
for healthy nervous system function, they're also typically loaded with excitotoxins
like MSG, aspartame and yeast extract. These substances damage the functioning
of the nervous system, making any practice of theLaw of Attraction virtually
impossible. Avoid toxic chemicals. Learn to read labels!
If you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it, inhale it or put it on your skin.
Processed and prepared foods, personal care, and household products have many
chemicals that are linked to a long list of chronic ailments. Dangerous
chemicals to avoid in food: Propyl gallate, propylene glycol, BHA (butylated
hydroxyanisole and BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene), sodium nitrite and sodium
nitrate, saccharin, aspartame, Acesulfame-K, artificial colorings, and MSG.
Processed sugar: Sugar
greatly impacts the healthy functioning of the nervous system, and refined
sugar alters and impairs brain function. All refined sugars should be avoided,
including high-fructose corn syrup (the sweetener in sodas), dextrose,
sucrose and others. Avoid white bread and refined grains, too, because
they're very similar to sugars in the way they impact the nervous system.
Aspartame: This artificial chemical sweetener is extremely toxic and
greatly impairs healthy nervous system function. This is partly because aspartame
can chemically break down into trace amounts of formaldehyde, and formaldehyde
is an extremely toxic nerve poison. Drinking aspartame is sort of like poisoning
your brain with chemical preservatives. That's great if you're trying to embalm
yourself, but not so good if you actually plan to use your brain for anything
useful.
Fragrance
products: These are not ingested, but inhaled or applied topically so they are
in your blood stream within seconds. All fragrance products based on
artificial chemicals impair the healthy functioning of the nervous system
by dulling the senses and limiting sensory acuity. Achieving success
with the power of intention requires eliminating ALL fragrance products
from your life except pure organically grown essential oils. These include
most shampoos, laundry detergents, dryer sheets, soaps, perfumes, cosmetics,
deodorants, skin creams and other similar products. In each of these
categories, there are many alternatives available such as natural products
that are either fragrance-free or made from essential oil fragrances

to get these artificial
fragrance chemicals out of your life (and away from your nervous system).
Things
that enhance the power of your intention
I
also recommend organic live foods whenever possible to obtain what is needed
to enhance your power of intention and increase your zest and energy for
a long and healthy life.
Once
you're free of the substances interfering with your power of intention,
you can move on to enhancing your nervous system health with proper supportive
substances. Here are the most important items to consider:
Raw foods: Nutrient rich raw foods really
cleanse your nervous system and restore healthy brain function. Drinking living
high vibration raw food juices on a regular basis (freshly made in your own
blender or juicer, not processed) greatly enhances clarity and the power of
intention. Most spiritual leaders around the world follow diets based at least
in part on raw foods. Following an energizing high energy raw foods diet for
just 30 days will dramatically clear your senses and turn you into a powerful
broadcaster of intention.
Vegetarian
foods: Avoiding or minimizing the consumption of meat and dairy products is
also an important way to keep your system clear and lend power to your
intention. Meat and dairy products stagnate the flow of energy throughout
your mind and body, blocking the intention. To get the best results,
go completely dairy free (except for raw, unprocessed milk, which qualifies
as a raw food). If you are a meat eater, make several days a week meat free
and on the other days, eat only clean organically grown meat that has been humanely
raised and slaughtered. Eliminate all pork or products containing pork. Pigs
are scavengers which means they are clean-up animals and eat all kinds of filth.
The meat contains microrganisms that cannot be destroyed with the heat of cooking.
Microalgae
and green grasses: These superfoods are
nature’s gems full of vital force energy and offer a two-fold benefit:
They cleanse the liver (which purifies the blood and improves mental
clarity) and they offer natural high-density nutrition from nature. You
can choose from spirulina, chlorella, blue-green algae and the following
grasses (many are good for juicing or sprouting):
Barley Grass: is rich in chlorophyll, which has
antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic properties, and enzymes, which the body
needs to perform a variety of important chemical reactions, including those
that control the body's digestive processes. Enzymes also provide potent
antioxidant effects and energy for cells. Green barley can contain thousands
of active enzymes, including superoxide dismutase (SOD), which helps to
detoxify the body and maintain healthy joints. The juice from barley grass
contains (per 100 grams) 11 times more calcium than cow's milk, five times
more iron than spinach and seven times more vitamin C than oranges.
Alfalfa Grass: This
is a protein-rich superfood that contains eight essential amino acids along
with vitamins A, B, C, D, E and B12, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium,
chlorophyll and numerous trace elements.
Oat Grass: Like the
other cereal grasses, oat grass contains beta-carotene, vitamins K and
C, folic acid, calcium, iron, protein, fiber and B vitamins.
Wheat Grass: A balanced
source of nutrition. It contains high levels of vitamins, minerals, amino
acids, protein, enzymes, chlorophyll and mucopolysaccharides. Further,
it's known to be highly alkalizing to the body and helps with detoxification.
Healthy oils: Omega 3 fatty acids are essential to the optimum
performance of your brain. Consuming regular quantities of healthy oils
and omega-3 fatty acids makes a huge difference in the power and strength
of your brain fuction. Eat more avocados, raw coconut oil and minimally
processed plant-based oils. Fish oils especially cod liver oil can also be
supportive if you choose to eat fish-derived products. Flax seeds serve
a similar purpose for those who are vegetarian.
Berries: Eat large quantities of fresh, raw berries to boost nervous
system function and greatly enhance the power of your mental energy.
Berries offer nervous system protection, and they also happen to protect
against cancer, prevent eye disease, enhance memory and prevent Alzheimer's
disease. Be sure to eat a variety of berries so you get all sorts of
different colors: Black raspberries, blueberries, red raspberries, strawberries,
acai, red currants, wolfberries,
wild berries, etc.
Nuts and seeds: Nuts are
quite possibly the "perfect" food:
full of nutrition, satisfying and portable. They are full of protein and
their healthy monounsaturated fats are good for
your heart as well as your brain. Scientific evidence suggests, that eating
1.5 ounces per day of some nuts, as part of a diet low in saturated fat
and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease." Enjoy a variety
of raw peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, or cashews. Some of the most
nutritious and tasty seeds are sesame, sunflower pumpkin, and hemp.
Clean water: Hydration is
crucial for good nervous system performance. Your brain needs to be fully
hydrated so that the circuitry works well and it functions at optimum levels.
Water is essential for concentration and mental alertness. It is next to
impossible to engage in effective intention exercises when you're in a
state of chronic dehydration (as most people are). Drinking plenty of pure
water clears metabolic wastes and even lubricates the nerve cells throughout
your body! So drink more clean alkaline water and you'll boost your results.
There are, of course, many other nutrients
and natural substances that can enhance mental function and clarity. Thinking
is a biochemical process so minerals are also critical to mental functioning
and performance. Magnesium and manganese are needed for brain energy. Alkaline
minerals such as sodium, potassium and calcium are important in the thinking
process since they facilitate the transmission of messages. Everything
from tropical fruits to organic garden greens provide a strong benefit
in boosting the
power of your intention enabling you to create the abundance you desire.
